Fabric conducted a £1.35m refurbishment of the six bedroom Edgbaston Manor to create Birmingham's most expensive home. The proposal brings a contemporary take upon the traditional detailing and history of the dwelling. A rich material palette of stone, iron and timber combine to restore this home to a high-quality modern-day standard.
Fabric worked alongside Cream & Black interior designers to co-ordinate a beautifully refined interior throughout. The clean detailing when working which this existing structure was made only possible through Fabric's attention and passion for quality craftsmanship. A project with the Client at the very heart of it, producing a bespoke home that meets their exact needs.
